RESOURCES Case Studies Following are project summaries from several of our client engagements. Inventory Management Practices - We worked with the leadership team of a custom engineering and manufacturer of embedded systems to improve inventory accuracy to 96%, eliminate month-end and year-end physical inventory counts, reduce shortages, and improve shipping performance to customers. Business Process Improvement - We worked with the leadership team of a custom manufacturer and distributor to streamline core business processes during the implementation of an enterprise software system. Cross-functional teams were used to design and implement new work processes using the enhanced capabilities of the new software. Information Technology Strategy - We worked with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of a supplier of specialty engineered products for the semiconductor industry to help the Information Technology organization become an integral part of the business as it transitioned into a global operation. |
