		Business Analysis A Business Analysis is often a starting point for our work with a new client. The scope of the Business Analysis can be very broad, encompassing each of the five Business Fundamentals of Strategy, Process, Technology, People, and Leadership; or it can be focused on a smaller subset of these. The outcomes of the Business Analysis include: Identification of the current strengths of the client's organization. These provide the cornerstones for future change initiatives. Identification of the current weaknesses of the client's organization. This process reaches beyond the symptoms of business issues and identifies the true root cause. Estimation and prioritization of the potential benefits associated with the improvement of these weaknesses. Determination of the organization's change readiness to actually implement needed improvements. These outcomes provide the client with the information needed to decide if the organization should move forward to the next phase of the change program. During this next phase, we work side-by-side with our clients to design a unique Change-Solution that is best able to address the challenges of their business.
